The GoodWe ET Series is a three-phase high voltage hybrid inverter designed for commercial and industrial solar storage applications. Available in power capacities from 25kW to 50kW (25kW, 30kW, 40kW, 50kW), it serves as the intelligent energy hub for factories, commercial buildings, and large residential projects.
With 4 MPPTs, 1000V PV input, 150% DC oversizing, and 98.1% maximum efficiency, the ET Series delivers outstanding performance for demanding commercial installations. The inverter supports both on-grid and off-grid configurations with UPS-level switching (<10ms) for seamless backup power during grid outages.

The ET series is designed for outdoor installation (IP66) with capacities up to 50kW, while the ETC series is for indoor installation (IP20) with higher capacity models (up to 50kW as well). The ETC series features higher max input current per MPPT (100A vs 30A) and larger dimensions .
The ET HV series operates with a 200-800V high voltage battery system (nominal 500V), compatible with standard HV Li-ion batteries from major manufacturers .
Yes. The ET series supports parallel connection in both on-grid and off-grid modes for system expansion. For larger commercial projects, up to 4 units can be paralleled (450kWh+ capacity)
