The Growatt MID 25-40KTL3-X series is a three-phase grid-tied inverter designed for commercial and industrial solar installations. Available in power capacities from 25kW to 40kW (25kW, 30kW, 36kW, 40kW), it delivers high performance and reliability for small to medium-scale commercial projects.
Featuring 3 independent MPPTs with support for up to 6 PV strings, the MID series significantly reduces energy loss caused by shading and module mismatch. With 98.8% maximum efficiency, 150% DC oversizing, and a wide 180-1000V MPPT voltage range, the inverter starts working earlier in the morning and switches off later in the afternoon, achieving longer operation time to harvest more solar energy.
