FAQs

  • Q

What is the real-world daily production for a home?

    A

With 5 peak sun hours and 8KW of solar panels, expect about 30-40kWh per day – enough to power a typical 3-4 bedroom home (fridge, lights, TV, computer, AC, well pump).

  • Q

Does this work with a generator as backup input?

    A

Yes. The inverter accepts 120V or 240V generator input (50-140V or 85-140V range). It can be set to start the generator automatically when battery is low (requires ATS).

  • Q

What's the difference between 7.2KW and 8KW models?

    A

Same physical size, same features, same installation. The 8KW model provides higher continuous power – choose based on your peak load. For most 3-4 bedroom homes, 7.2KW is sufficient; for large homes with electric AC or EV charger, 8KW is recommended.
